The Starpath Project (“we,” “us”) makes handcrafted wooden star kits for families to personalize through the year. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have — including your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA.
Every piece of personal information on this site comes from a form you choose to fill in. Depending on the form, that is:
The kit order form is the only place we ask for a shipping address or payment. The bulk pricing inquiry asks only what we need to prepare a quote.
The order form on this site is provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), and the payment itself is processed by their payment provider. We never see or store your full card number — it goes directly to the payment processor, which is certified to handle card data. What we receive is the order, your contact and shipping details, and confirmation that payment succeeded.
Our hosting and form providers record technical details of your request, such as the page you submitted from and the country it came from, to tell genuine orders from automated abuse. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, additionally keeps standard security and server logs, which include IP addresses, as part of delivering and protecting the site.
This site sets no advertising, marketing, or analytics cookies. We do not run third-party trackers and we do not build advertising profiles.
If you answer the privacy notice that appears when you first visit, we store a single preference on your device — through your browser's local storage — so we do not ask you again. Declining does not limit anything on this site, because there is no tracking to switch off. If we ever add measurement, that stored preference is what it will be required to check first. You can change your answer at any time using the Cookie choices link in the footer, or by clearing your browser's site data.
Cloudflare may also set cookies that are strictly necessary for security and performance, and the embedded order form sets what GoHighLevel and its payment processor need to keep your form session and payment secure. These are not used to advertise to you across other websites.
We use what you give us only to:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising — as those terms are defined under California law. We have never done so. We do not trade, rent, or disclose your details to data brokers or advertisers.
The only outside parties that handle your information are the service providers we need to run the site and fill orders: Cloudflare, which hosts the website; GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which provides both forms and holds order, inquiry and customer records; their payment processor, which handles the card payment; the carrier that delivers your kit; and the email or SMS service we use to reply to you. Each may process your information only to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
We keep bulk pricing inquiries for as long as we need them to follow up with you. We delete what we hold about you promptly when you ask us to, or when we no longer need it. Order records are kept longer, because tax and accounting rules require us to retain records of sales.

The Starpath Project is made for families to use together, but this website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.
The site is served entirely over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and form submissions are stored in access-controlled storage. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we keep what we collect to the minimum we actually need — which is the strongest protection we can offer you.

You consent to receive text messages from Starpath Project when you give us your mobile number and ask us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at our messaging number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
What we send. Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text campaigns.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
