These terms apply when you order a kit or use this website. Please read them before you order — placing an order means you accept them. If anything here is unclear, email hello@starpathproject.com and we will explain it in plain language.
The Starpath Project is a Christmas tradition kit: twelve handcut wooden stars, a paint set and archival marker, twelve devotional cards, twelve testimony prompt cards, and a display cord with brass hooks. The stars are laser-cut from basswood and finished by hand, so grain, tone, and small marks vary from star to star. That variation is a feature of a handmade product, not a defect, and photographs on this site are representative rather than exact.
Submitting the order form is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The contract forms when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a kit is out of stock, if a price or description was listed in error, or if we cannot take payment — and if we do, we will refund anything you have paid in full.
A kit is $62 in US dollars. Prices exclude any sales tax, duties, or import charges, which are added at checkout or charged on delivery where they apply.
Payment is taken at the time you order, through our order form's payment provider. We never receive or store your full card number. If a payment is reversed or charged back without contacting us first, we may cancel the order.
Kits are made in batches and shipped in time to begin the tradition — we will tell you the shipping window for your order when we confirm it, and email you when your kit is on its way. Delivery dates given anywhere on this site are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays once a kit is with the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers it. If a kit is lost or damaged in transit, tell us and we will work with the carrier to put it right.
Please check that your shipping address is correct before you submit the form. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, we will re-send it once you cover the reshipping cost.
If you choose the annual subscription, a kit is sent to you each year with a new devotional guide, and the card you paid with is charged again each year before that year's kit ships. You can cancel any time by emailing us — cancel before your renewal is charged and you will not be billed again. Cancelling does not refund a kit that has already shipped.
If your kit arrives damaged, incomplete, or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photograph and we will replace it or refund it — your choice. If you simply change your mind, you can return an unopened, unused kit within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the kit price; return shipping is yours to cover, and we cannot refund a kit that has been opened, painted, or written on, because it cannot be resold.
The designs, photographs, devotional writing, logo, and text on this site belong to the Starpath Project. You are welcome to share links to it. You may not copy the devotional content or reproduce the star designs for sale. The kit you buy is yours to paint, personalize, display, and hand down within your family; it is not licensed for commercial resale or for reproducing as a competing product.
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit other people's personal details, or use the forms to send automated or abusive submissions.
We stand behind what we make, and nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded. Beyond that, our responsibility for any claim connected with a kit or this site is limited to what you paid for that order. The kit contains small parts and paint and is intended for family use with adult supervision — please keep small stars and hooks away from young children and pets.
Starpath Project provides the services described on this website. The specific work, price, and schedule for your job are set out in the quote, estimate, or written agreement we provide for that job, which together with these Terms forms the agreement between us. Descriptions and any figures shown on this website are general information, not a binding quote. Scheduling depends on availability, weather, parts and material lead times, and other factors outside our control, so any dates we give are estimates and can change. If the scope of the work changes, or conditions are found once work begins that we could not see beforehand, we will discuss any change to price or timeline with you before continuing.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only — to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, scrape or copy it by automated means, or use it in any way that could harm Starpath Project or anyone else.
Unless stated otherwise, the content on this site — text, graphics, logos, photographs, and layout — belongs to Starpath Project or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute our content without our written permission.
We work to keep this site accurate and current but do not represent that it is complete or error-free, and it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
